When I found this residential complex, I was surprised by the low price. But since the staff member assured me that most of the deposit would be refunded if I changed my plans, I filled out the application. Later, I changed my mind after reading the reviews. Residents of the "Legacy at 36th" complain about very serious issues that affect safe living: vandalism, lack of sufficient parking, theft of personal belongings, broken elevators, and most importantly, mold, which is extremely harmful to health. I wouldn’t recommend this place, the elevator are always broken there’s no parking after 9pm, smells like weed inside your unit. There’s dog pee everywhere. Poor management you only see the maintenance crew downstairs sitting down by the park smelling air instead of walking the property ans cleaning. Let me know even get started with the homeless coming inside which make it not safe especially at night checking cars and garbage. Avoid this place i can’t wait for my lease to be over and spend a little more and be at peace.
