You may think brand new aparments but here's everything that you need to know before moving here: -The elevators break every other month and they stay broken for over a month. -The dog park gate break every other day. -You are required to pay $100 for basic internet that doesn't even reach 1GB and it goes down at least once a month for "maintenance" and they don't warn you. -The fire alarm goes off every other day and you have two huge speakers inside the aparment which you can't turn off. -They don't tell you there's high h... read more
The staff at the office never helps, they just don’t care. The dog park never opens, it’s always broken. The fire alarm goes off for no reason every couple of months, sounds for hours and it’s super loud. Can’t do anything in the pool and the barbecue never have gas to cook on it. The elevator broken also every couple of months and they take for ever to fix. Don’t recommend paying to live there.
Best management team I have ever experienced. Would highly recommend this place to live..
