Este el condominio mas malo de la florida, todo quieren ganar a su favor, las puertas de acceso hacen un ruido insoportable y nadie las arregla,la manager te engaña en la cara, y mucho ojo con los contratos que firman pq quieren cobrar dias de mas,lo peorrrr de lo peorrr
I have had the worst experience with this building complex in all ways possible. I call, I email and receive no response. It’s been a month already since I moved out and I have yet to receive my security deposit back.
I have to say that Kimberly was absolutely amazing! She took the time to explain the lease thoroughly and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. The move-in process went incredibly smoothly thanks to her. The entire staff has been so friendly and welcoming, and the property itself is spotless and well maintained. I truly love it here and couldn’t be happier with my experience.
