This place is spiraling downhill fast. There are now better new buildings nearby to choose from. The water pressure here CONSTANTLY goes low, and each time I have to put in a maintenance request…of which currently I’m at about 15 give or take. On top of that, the building claims to have a “No Noise” policy but is not enforced because I have a neighbor who plays loud music throughout the night having parties from 1am to 9am. Great building for the price
SECURITY HERE IS A JOKE ! First off Residents let ANYONE in. Second, There has been a huge opening due to a patch of bushes missing (from sumbody knocking it down to climb the small wall and break into someone’s car before) in the parking lot… This opening has been like this for months so yeah anybody can just climb the waist high wall and have access to anybody’s car. Walls are so THIN like a cheap motel, You can hear your neighbor’s conversation literally. Water pressure is so low you feel like you live in a section 8 housing paying so much rent for water pressure to be low. Water pressure is not consistent…while water is running, it is constantly low, medium, low, medium, low, medium…It is SOOOO ANNOYING trying to wash dishes or take a shower.
