Great building for the price
SECURITY HERE IS A JOKE ! First off Residents let ANYONE in. Second, There has been a huge opening due to a patch of bushes missing (from sumbody knocking it down to climb the small wall and break into someone’s car before) in the parking lot… This opening has been like this for months so yeah anybody can just climb the waist high wall and have access to anybody’s car. Walls are so THIN like a cheap motel, You can hear your neighbor’s conversation literally. Water pressure is so low you feel like you live in a section 8 housing paying so much rent for water pressure to be low. Water pressure is not consistent…while water is running, it is constantly low, medium, low, medium, low, medium…It is SOOOO ANNOYING trying to wash dishes or take a shower. We just want to take a moment to sincerely thank the staff for all the hard work, dedication, and genuine care they put into their roles especially Alex our property manager. From the very first phone call, he made us feel welcomed, supported, and at ease.
