I’ve never lived in a place that has more power outages than here it’s ridiculous they do not have back up generators. Power goes out while you’re looking across the street at homes with power still Smh. Water pressure is a very low…You have to be right up under the shower head to wash…and washing dishes is a whole project dealing with this low pressure. There are now other apartments opening up in the same area to choose from. I’m counting the days until my lease is up
I was able to move in very smoothly. Patxi was helpful and patient which made the process effortless. The apartments are beautiful so far.
Patxi at Legacy 19th was an amazing manager throughout my apartment search. He took the time to help me find the perfect place and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, patient, and really helpful every step of the way. I truly appreciate how easy he made everything—highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for an apartment!
This place is spiraling downhill fast. There are now better new buildings nearby to choose from. The water pressure here CONSTANTLY goes low, and each time I have to put in a maintenance request…of which currently I’m at about 15 give or take. On top of that, the building claims to have a “No Noise” policy but is not enforced because I have a neighbor who plays loud music throughout the night having parties from 1am to 9am. I have complained to management multiple times of the music and times but yet nothing has been done ex... read more
