The hygienist that my son had was not kind at all to him and didn't care about him being in pain and uncomfortable while doing the cleaning, specially with a very sharp tool she was using. She didn't talked him through what she was doing or what was coming next. The hygienist did not seem knowledgable at all regarding the chemicals, compositions, or reactions of the products or options for treatment. She seemed annoyed all the time whenever I had a question.
