So far I've only had a consultation, but I am pretty impressed. There was no long wait and the Dental Assistant that helped me was really sweet (I wish I knew her name). Once I met Dr. Leftwich he placed my mind at ease and set out a plan. For the first time in a long time I'm not anxious about future appoinments; front office staff even called my periodontist to coordinate scheduling of appointments. I'm actually looking forward to establishing care here and improving my dental health once and for all!! : )
Everyone at Dr. Jay's office was awesome! I talked to Allie on the phone and she was very helpful and friendly! Dr. Jay is the best dentist I have ever met. I am a chicken when it comes to going to the dentist, and he made the whole experience just wonderful. He and his staff made me feel comfortable and welcome and cared for! Always a caring and attentive staff. I always feel I am getting honest answers and opinions that are in the interest of what's good for me as opposed to sales driven recommendations. They are also amazing with children.
This is by far the most professional and efficient office that I have ever been to. The staff and Dr. Leftwich were all so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I got right in at my scheduled time and all my options were explained thoroughly after I was examined. My checkout and next appointment scheduling was a breeze.
