My 18 y/o Went to ER for anaphylactic reaction to nuts. He went right back & treatment started right away. Everyone explained his treatment & he got excellent care. On the way out the CEO even wished him better health. Now that is care! All the staff there from the environmental staff, nurses, doctors treated and cared from him like experts! Thank you LS hospital
My Aunt is in this hospital right now, went in on 10/4/16 for knee replacement with Dr. Matt Daggett and all I can say is "WOW". This was the best experience, thank you to Dr. Daggett, Heather, Debbie, Maria, Shelly and Diane just to name a few. The staff not only provides top notch service but they do it with a great attitude. The environment here is amazing, everyone loves what they do. and it shows.
Went into clinic to do 6 month follow up with doctor, ended up needing lab work and ultrasound, so made a appt to do all in one morning. Also had lab orders from a seperate doctor and needed more scans from a previous mammogram. Checked in at 7am, got ultrasound, then to labs for grand total of 16 tubes, the tech was wonderful, she had me stay seated and brought me coffee and a handful of snacks, then off to mammogram, was very impressed, over the weekend they had already sent for my last 2 yrs scans to compare and was very ... read more
My husband had surgery at LSMC yesterday and our experience there was a truly great one. Every single person we met or spoke with was super friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our experience.
Went into the Er thinking I might have food poisoning and the service I received was extremely helpful to find out I have a kidney stone and kidney infection got me on the proper medication and kept me for observation highly recommend this hospital
Every time I visit the ER, nothing less than superior care! If you're admitted, get ready for the Royal, Red Carpet treatment! All the Nurses & Doctors are Phenomenal!
The nurses and all the staff are excellent. I spent over a month there, so I should know.
The ER dept will not listen to you regarding insurance information and messed up my husband's VA benefits. He is to be on 3 litres of oxygen (prescribed by personal pulmonologist and cardiologist and confirmed by testing ) and they put him on 2 litres after he told them 3 litres. NO ONE LISTENS!!!!!! Except cardiologist, he seems to care and listens and even gave us his business card.
nurses were awesome and caring made sure i was comfortable and painfree during my stay
