Took my truck in for warranty work after it sit on there lot for 5 days before looking at it said part was not covered by warranty witch was a lie even says covered on the papers that international sent me when I purchased the truck. Took it to another international dealer “not this group” fixed it no issue same day no charge.3 days later Navistar called me and apologized for the issue I had at Chattanooga
Was looking at purchasing a truck from and told the salesman that the bank is working on the loan and should be approved, and they went & sold the truck underneath me, salesman barely responded back. Definitely won’t be next time
