I had a positive experience with the warranty service. The team kept us informed about the status of parts and the process. I appreciate Cathy and Brandi for providing an exceptional experience.
Their service department is incredibly rude. I would avoid this place unless you have no other choice.

They had the parts that I needed which is a good thing. However, Their parts are really expensive.. They also charge 3% on all credit cards... It doesn't really matter how nice people are when you're in business, it matters about the bottom line..
