If your truck is on their lot for repairs be aware that it's not secure and anything in your truck could be stolen. I went up there today to get my stuff out of my truck and I was told it's on the back lot because they haven't started on it yet. Well the gate was unlocked and so was my truck, I drove onto the lot and parked behind my truck and spent nearly an hour cleaning all of my stuff out of the truck and not a single person questioned me about it the whole time I was there.

I had the privilege of working Chadwick, Patrick, and Tate on a purchase of an international truck. This was an out of state purchase and I drove 780 miles to get to the dealer. All three were very responsive and accommodating to my requests. Mandy was helpful in regards to having paperwork ready for my arrival. Most importantly the truck was in excellent condition and gave me zero issues on my 780 mile return trip to Texas. Was a good company when it was Lee Smith, now they are crooks. A $20.28 Convenience fee!!!!! Truthfully and "Convenience" fee is wrong and stealing from your customer. the customer isn't the one that choose which company the vendor uses for payment so the customer is not responsible for that payment. They should be better managers to find a place where they don't get charges like that. They took my vehicle right in for a minor computer test. Staff is very friendly, informative and helpful. Ford Warranty work is offered here.
