I have a 2013 Ford Expedition that has a misfire on cylinder number 3. I took it into Lee Smith confident they would resolve the issue after talking with them over the phone. They ran a scan and told me that cylinder 3 fuel injector was bad and said I needed to replace it along with cylinder 4 injector to solve the problem. Very helpful! We broke down near Chattanooga and needed a turbo for our International. They have a large selection of parts and knowledgeable people to help.
Blake did an excellent job keeping us informed throughout the process. Lee Smith is two hours from our shop, but we couldn't find anyone closer who could handle Ford Heavy Duty Warranty and PTO issues in one place. The body builder we bought the truck from said they could "squeeze" us in 10-12 weeks from now. Lee Smith was able to get us in relatively quickly and were very transparent throughout the process. We will definitely use them again and I have to reservations with recommending them.
Blake and Ashley at the Ford shop are great! As an upfitter, we often rely on them to set or change parameters, diagnose problems and handle PDI procedures on all of our incoming Ford truck chassis. I have been dealing with Lee Smith for almost 15 years and this team provides the best service I have ever experienced concerning Ford products.
Blake was easy to work with, he understood what I was describing as my issue. Called me with parts needed and updated me when parts were to arrive. Called when finished.
