The staff are great, the facility is great, they really bring anew meaning to patient care from Dr Humbert and his team to everyone all the way down to housekeeping and beyond. If anyone is in need of a kidney transplant, DO NOT consider this place. They closed down the program, and are trying to resuscitate it, but they keep hiring incompetent staff, The two new surgeons seem OK, but the rest of the staff is totally sub-par and the process is maddening. The coordinators are clueless and the social worker is terrible. Go somewhere else.
The way this company has treated my mother is disguisting. She was a hard worker and a great RN worked there for yrs. Her supervisor constantly harrassed her, verbally and mentally abused her. The fact that they allowed this to continue is deplorable, yet she was the one forced to quit. This place is a joke and treats their senior employees with utter disrespect. What a joke!!!!
I just have to put this out there, as you all know my mom, has been in the hospital. She's been very Ill and very confused. I have been to see her every day, and have kept track of her belongings. She had two beautiful necklaces, very expensive ones. One of which contained my father's ashes in it. She wore it every day since he passed two years ago. She did not want me to bring the two necklaces home, because she wanted dad close at heart, while she was there. Unfortunately, someone felt compelled to steal these from her. I'... read more
