Came into Lee Memorial last night fever 105 and excruciating back pain. E.R staff bomb. Last night's CNA bomb! This morning's CNA left and leaving a bad tasre in my mouth 4 real. If I need bathroom assistance because of all the pain and pain meds why I call it took 20 min then you just looking at me help myself. My mom was a CNA for 20 + yrs and she still has the best bedside manners. Next time I'll go to Gulf.
My sister was a patient at Lee Memorial the end of March in the ICU. Staff was wonderful - excellent care; the ICU team kept the family updated and were compassionate to her and all her family. Although my sister did not survive, the 4 days she was under this staff's care was more than we could have asked for. I am myself a registered nurse so can appreciate what this staff did for her. Thank you so much from all Sue P's family.
I spent 2 nights longer than I wanted to last week. The staff of 2 West made my stay quite comfortable. I was even surprised that the ER wasn't the nightmare I expected it to be. We haven't had the best experience with medical services since we moved to Florida but I really can't complain about my "visit" last week. Thank you.

Don't go to the new outpatient facility on Surfaide. I went for a wellness exam and was charged a 800 faculty fee on top of it. I was told by billing this fee is for the new building. They are charging their patients for the new building. Go somewhere else
