This place sucks husband got there at 9:30 am yesterday in ER sat in hall till 8 pm at night the put him a holding room late last night was told he was going to be in a room by tomorrow I just called today and now I was told he was not getting a room today!! No food or water offered to him at all yesterday!
Nurses and CNA’s run the show and most do a great job! Unfortunately, as in teaching, red tape and PTA keep them from the real part of their jobs. Why do most people become nurses? To CARE for patients!
I’ve been here five days and couldn’t ask for better staff. From the time I was seen in the ER until now at discharge, it has been a 5 ⭐️ experience. Thanks to everyone for making a very painful experience one of positivity. I was blessed to be cared by you...Divine intervention ❤️😇
The Drs. And nursing staff are rockstars! Unfortunately I have been hospitalized many times in many places, but the care I received here was top notch. Now that I live here in North Fort Myers I wouldn’t go anyplace else. They diagnosed my situation quickly resulting in a much quicker recovery. Thank you and continue to bless you all. Unless you have insurance your treated like a second class citizen doctor can’t even speak English person in next bed using bedside commode with diarrhea disgusting rooms should be private hepa violation !!!! Discharged my son without a diagnosis still sick disgusting room not cleaned once nurses all are nasty with attitudes healthcare in lee county is horrible I am contacting attorney
