First time at the office, and my experience was excellent , all the ladies was so nice and compassionate, very nice group of young ladies!

Horrible place. They could care less. Don't bother leaving a message because no one will return your call. The front desk and whomever answers the phone will cut you off and hang up on you if need be.

The dr did a great job and was nice but his staff is atrocious. I've tried calling them many times since my surgery and can never get a person. Left voicemails multiple times and no one has ever called me back. I just talked to the receptionist and she wasn't helpful at all. Not sure how this dr stays in business with people like this working for him.
I saw Sr. Blatstein on Friday, December 22, in the hospital. I called Tuesday morning for a hospital follow up appointment. I was being treated as a new patient, and therefore the earliest I could see the Dr. Blatstein was February. If I wanted to see a nurse practitioner I could see her on January 18. I am sitting here with an open wound and I am supposed to wait until February.
I saw Dr Blatstein for blood in my urine. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment, told I was late because I wasn't 30 minutes early, first visits they require you to be 30 minutes early. WHAT!? The woman at the desk argued with me for 10 minutes, then acted like she was doing me a favor by allowing me to see the doctor. Dr Blatstein himself was ok. Initial visit showed concern. Second visit after waiting 3 weeks for the test I needed, said I had OA. easy out. I have a new urologist.
Dr. Blatstein is an amazing Physician! He always explains my condition perfectly and is very through with his testing. I have been a patient here for years and both he and his staff are very accommodating.
Dr Blatstein and his staff are exceptional. In all three appointments we have received professional and compassionate care. Dr. Blatstein takes as much time as you need to ask and have all questions and concerns addressed. He has a reassuring, confident, and calm 'bedside' manner.
First time at office. Sat there for over an hour. Big sign on door states if your late you have to reschedule your appointment.. hummm we cant be late yet they can make their own schedule. Nurse acted as though I was inconveniencing her while in exam room. Not friendly at all.
