My initial appointment was in October 2024 for a large kidney stone that needed treatment. A CT-scan was done in November, however, my December follow-up appointment was cancelled due to a facility power outage (stuff happens). Unfortunately, their initial response was to offer me a follow-up in 3-4 months, at which time I told them I would seek a new urologist.
