Lee Buick GMC in Crestview treated us so well when purchasing our daughter's first vehicle. The atmosphere was not pushy as we had experienced at other dealerships. Chris Cravey was very friendly and listened to our needs. It is definitely worth the drive to Crestview for such wonderful customer service.
Extremely impressed with this dealership. I had a great experience buying a vehicle from the in March, and then most recently when I had a minor problem with the vehicle. They went above and beyond to correct the issue and make sure I was happy. They genuinely want their customers to be satisfied and it shows!

Hate is such a strong word so I will not choose it. Waited 31/2 hrs. For oil change tire rotation and they were to check my rear camera out. My keys were on the desk for apx. 7 mins. The service tech did not even acknowledge that I was there for the 7 mins. I stood there. When he got to my paperwork he said I will be with you in a minute to which I said those were my keys and I was ready to go. Very sad that he could not look up from doing paperwork to ask of he could help me. Very disappointed is an understatement.
