I found my Tahoe online and emailed for information about it. Within minutes Ms Cindy McCraney had emailed me and her assistant Jessica called me. After hearing "NO" so many many times, she said I will work the numbers for you! Mr Steve "Scuba" Lowrey helped with all my questions and is just a call away if I need anything. I have purchased two new cars from Lee Buick in Crestview. The sales personnel were very helpful and pleasant to work with while ensuring I understood how my vehicles options operated. Their service dept. is wonderful as well. Rate them 5 stars easily.
The people are friendly and the service is timely. If they tell you it will be an hour, then that is usually what it is. If it will be longer, they tell you. Also like that they don't try to sell you on something unnecessary. There was a time I thought I needed windshield wipers and I didn't. Rather than selling them to me they let me know I didn't need them.
On August 18, 2015 our home in Fort Walton Beach received some deceptive direct mail advertising from Lee Buick GMC in Crestview, Florida. The outside of the envelope had these words prominently printed on it: “AUTO LOAN DOCUMENTS INSIDE” and “FINAL NOTICE.” This clearly left the impression that we had a loan that was past due. This is very bad marketing and needs to stop.
Sat down with Justin Reeder today after picking out a 2013 Sahara Jeep Wrangler. Top of the line customer service! He worked with me to get a couple of very minor flaws repaired and also to get payments where I wanted them. Highly recommend Lee Buick GMC and Justin if you are shopping for new or used vehicles.
