If I could give this place a million star rating, I would. My husband and I literally just moved here due to military orders and found out that neither one of our cars would make it down the dirt road he would now have to travel to work. I found a 4wd truck at Lee Buick GMC through the USAA app and they called me right away although it was a few minutes after they had already closed. We had the privilege of working with Andy at Lee. And it truly was a privilege. You know you're getting the straight story when working with Andy, as I'm sure the other sales associates shoot straight as well. Andy took what seemed to me a challenging situation and worked it out and at the end, I believe everyone was happy with the outcome. I know we sure where! Thanks Andy. It was a pleasure!!
Service department was really busy today. Lots happening. My oil change took a little longer than normal but since I have 21 years of customer service experience, I was more patient then most. Plus the waiting area is super nice. Tom did great and I left happy. What more could you ask for...Thanks Tom! Keep up the good work!!!
