Absolutely love our new Acadia Denali...great experience thanks to our salesman Rick! Justin and Hunter were awesome with the close! Great experience and this is my second vehicle from them.
I went in with a specific vehicle in mind and Mr Wayne was great!
We were looking for a first car for our 17 year old daughter that would be dependable, within an hour had a phone call with pre-approval and awesome customer service starting with Bree (internet sales). We were followed up with Brock who finalized everything in a time crunch - this is the 4th vehicle purchased by LEE BUICK GMC and we won’t go anywhere else! Customer service is #1 - from sales to finance manager to sales manager! You guys rock! Shout out to Hunter as well - fast skills in all that printing!
Worst car buying experience I’ve had!! Bought a Tahoe listed at $9,650, got a $2000 credit for my trade-in yet still ended up financing over $10,000??? When I asked about a $600 and something fee on the paperwork I was told it was a filing fee that’s required by Florida state law, and since found out that was the sellers commission (I thought sellers got a percentage of the sell itself, I didn’t realize we pay extra for that??) STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OF LIES!!! I purchased a 2015 Silverado from this dealership in March of 2017. I was shown a clean car fax and went thru with the deal. Now I’m in the process of trading the truck in, only to find out the truck WAS in an ACCIDENT which resulted in front end damage, which shows up on car fax.
