They are absolutely impossible to get a hold of. And if you do magically get someone to answer the phone, they put you on hold and never come back. I genuinely don’t understand how the office staff is that bad. Even my Doctor there hates them. My god do something about it.
ANSWER YOUR VOICEMAILS
If you want actual help for yourself or your child this is not the place to go!!! They start out seeming like they are going to help and then when you have a question or need a refill on a prescription all you get is voicemail after voicemail. No one calls you back and if they do it’s days later!! I have a child that has been a patient for almost a year at this point and they still can’t manage to call me back in a timely manor or fill a prescription properly. I’m only giving one star because I like Dr. Peck but as far as whoever her receptions are or whoever is her medical helper or horrible these people are horrible. There’s definitely no professionalism. They should be every last one of them. Besides, the doctor should be fired. ridiculous the young lady argued about my phone number about me, giving her the corrected number to be corrected instead of calling the wrong number and providing information to the wrong voicemail violating HIPAA
