Self-righteous, judgmental, suspicious, and completely lacking in sense/agency or thought. I expected understanding, and what I got was stigmatization and dismissal. I am mad I had to give a star! Everything was pleasant up until time to check out. Dr. Martoine was awesome, as well as the lady upfront who checked us in. The lady at checkout was very rude to say the least, being in customer service you should never treat people the way she did me. There was a plaque with her name on it that I was scanning the QR code she quickly and quite Viciously Pulled the board back so I cannot scan the QR code, She says what are you doing? As a long-time patient, I truly don’t understand the negative reviews (especially recent ones)… The front desk staff is extremely helpful, cheerful, and always willing to answer questions! Even if I happen to get their voicemail (which is rare unless I call outside of business hours), they are quick to reply with any answers. I’ve been coming here for years, and NEVER had a problem getting refills, appointments, or answers like I have at so many other places. Highly recommend Suzanne and the whole team here!
My experience with Suzanne Fontecchio has been difficult. I often felt my pain was minimized and my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Comments about my smoking and other aspects of my health came across as judgmental rather than supportive. I left appointments feeling dismissed and misunderstood instead of helped.
