Dr. Kulick is incredibly competent and caring. I felt lucky and safe to have someone with her level of expertise for my mastectomy. She was tolerant of my plethora of questions and alt options that I used in addition to surgery to manage cancer.
After my breast cancer diagnosis, I was referred to Dr. Kulick. During our first visit, her demeanour was cold and robot-like. I ignored my instincts to switch doctors which was the worst mistake. During my chemotherapy port placement, she botched the surgery and I woke up in a different hospital, learning I had had heart surgery to remove a catheter she was to place in my arm. Port placement is a very simple surgery. Fortunately, I switched doctors before my mastectomy! Beware.
