I unfortunately did not read reviews about this establishment before going there. From all the many reviews I read afterwards, I now understand that this place is basically running a scam. The place is incredibly dirty, and surely not following the state's business cleanliness requirements. The price list for the service I requested said that it was $16. When I sat down, the employee told me that there was a $3 Dollar surcharge for a kit that I could take home with me. It had a nail file a brush and a square file. When I ask... read more
