Love my nails.
Literally open and won’t sit me because I have to drive 10 minutes to them. Unprofessional will never come back. After even explaining to this woman I work and can’t come back in the morning

LUKEWARM foot bath pedicure water. I was one of 4 people today who I heard complain about their water being too cold in their footbath. They turned on the hot water for two seconds and stirred it around and it did nothing. I have noticed this the last few times. They also have stopped using the scraper for calluses unless I ask for it. COMPLACENCY has become the rule in small towns where businesses are content with the amount of business that they have and don’t care about providing good customer service and cut corners.
