I called about getting a repair done to our front door after it has clearly been tampered with like someone tried to break in, which was even confirmed by a police officer. RecommendedChevy Chase is a professionally managed apartment community. Many cultures enjoy safe living in a gated and courtesy patrolled property. I have lived here for years and always feel secure and safe so much so I could walk confidently after dark of I choose to. The grounds are well maintained with lovely plantings as well. A knowlegable maintainence staff responds to any needs.

Timely and professional reporting of accounts due after the end of a lease. Not happy to have a collections agent calling me a year and a half after doing business with "Better" Property Management.
