Absolutely love living here! Anything that needs repaired they get it done quickly, the maintenance crew is fantastic! Office staff is super helpful, wonderful people! Positively thrilled to be renewing our lease here! 🖒
I love living there. I feel very safe and have experience a lot of help when I need it. The staff are always there to help me, especially Jessica. As a retired professional I understand how hard her job is to run this community. I've lived in Very upscale places and never got the service that I get at LeMirage. Sometimes I may have to wait a day but I know when next day comes it has been fixed. I very happy here and always recommend LeMirage. It is hard to please people, but you do the best you can. Dont Rent Here!! this place has gone down hill. it was a great day when i moved out. the maintenance team is horrible. the office staff will forget to put in work orders that you request, they say "oops sorry" five days later when your inquire. other times they get cancelled with no resolution. the appliances rarely get fixed correctly. before moving out, the last apt i moved into, i had a complaint that the dryer was making a very loud screaching noise. their response was " the last tenant never complained about it " then i... read more
I was at the apartment with my family for 18 months. For the price you pay for you should expect more. There are too many negative things to state them all. Fist, we were on the bottom apartment and the balcony above us on the patio had severe damage the entire time we were there. At one point the patio above us literally had 2x4s falling on my patio. This is going to be long..hopefully le mirage staff will take notes to improve living for future residents. Worst place possible to live in my opinion. When I moved in my apartment was filthy and 1/2 of everything was broken or missing. It took 4 months for maintenance to fix everything but nothing was replaced that they didn't find necessary like doorstoppers or weather stripping and the dishwasher plug. Great place to live office staff is great very friendly and caring .
It's a very nice clean place very quiet, only thing I don't like is the parking if you get home after 6p.m. can't find parking space. Other than that really love my apartment been there for 4Years.
