Had family visiting wanting to get their hair done, found this place and was looking forward to them having a good experience as per other reviews. They put in an appointment request for a Monday, pending review but my sister in law never heard back. She also called the morning of the requested date, a guy picked up, said he would call her back (not sure how, she never gave a number) kept calling, no answer, all day up until 3 pm, when we decided to drive there - CLOSED, even though their schedule says open 8-5…

I don’t know how you’re making money if you’re always closed. It’s Thursday at 3:00 pm and you’re closed again. I’ll look for another salon since you clearly are not dependable

I will be coming back! The owner was very nice and patient. Called on a weekend short notice to get my two kids' hair done. He made it happen. The stylist took my kids in after she was done with her client. Thoroughly washed both kids and blowed dried their hair. She took her time. I am impressed. Thank you Thank you thank you. I am a very satisfied customer 😊

Didn't get my haircut here. Website, app, and Google all say they open at 8. Sign on the door says "be back 8am" sat in the parking lot from 8:10-8:45am. No lights or movement from inside. Disappointing.
