Great hospital, exceptional labour unit staff.. large rooms in labor ward. Maternity unit rooms are very small with squeaky beds(make weird metallic noises when adjusting). Was told that “all our beds squeak” by the nurse when asked for help regarding the bed noise (since it is waking up the baby.”) such a letdown after a great labour and delivery experience. Why? Great doctors btw and nurses are friendly too...
Kelly in Radiology/MRI is so awesome. He always does my brain MRIs, and he is so kind. I wouldn't expect him to remember me, as I'm just one of the many patients he sees come and go, but today he talked to me like he remembered me, and I felt like a friend instead of a patient. It was really kind, and it meant a lot. I really appreciate the care he always shows, and he definitely deserves a shout-out.
The nurses who helped during my birth experience were fantastic. I had a complicated and rough delivery and they were very attentive, kind, and respectful. Best anesthesiologist in the biz, he was amazing.
