The nurses and the front desk girls were very helpful and friendly. Also the Dr was nice and explained what he was going to do.
Yesterday morning i went in to have Gall Bladder removed. It was my 8th surgery in 4 years so I wasn't worried about it, except it was my 1st time at LDS Hospital so I was nervous about how they ran things. But the staff was amazing and I was surprised how big my rooms were for before and after surgery!! Everyone was so attentive and caring. They take good care of their patients and from what I have heard the food is great also.
Friendly, efficient and professional staff. Processes were clearly stated so I was aware of each step. A nurse called me today to make sure I wasn't having any issues or concerns.
My wife was ready to leave but we were waiting for pharmacy to deliver her meds. We waited about ten minutes and I noticed the pharmacist delivering and asked if she had my wifes meds. She said yes but needed to go down the hall to deliver another one first. I thought this was odd as we were right there and had already been waiting to leave and it would have been on the way of her path but no she continued down the hall to do the other one making us wait another 10 minutes. Oh well.
We received amazing care from the same day surgery staff, the surgical floor staff, and our doctors. We did not want be back for surgery, but if we did this is the place to go. Thank you for the great care of my husband.
