We worked with DeAnne Koppendrayer on the interior design of our new construction home. DeAnne helped us with everything from paint colors, lighting, flooring, to home furnishings (and everything in between). She has a wonderful sense of style and offered suggestions to make our home one-of-a-kind. She is a very talented, organized and efficient designer. I'd highly recommend her, and LDK homes, for their excellent work.
DeAnne was the designer for a new home construction my husband and I had built. She did an outstanding job of helping us select ALL interior items for our home some of which include flooring (ALL!), wall paint colors, plumbing, lighting, and appliances. Since the original construction, she has also helped us to select materials for our added deck and also furniture selections. I've worked with LDK Homes for the past 6 years, since we purchased one of their fantastic model homes. DeAnne, their designer, does a beautiful job creating homes that sparkle & shine! She's also been a great resource for us as we've done some additions and updates. She has been prompt and helpful in sharing her talents. I love having such an amazing professional as a neighbor and friend!
DeAnne helped me with two remodeling projects. "Helped" is not the word I should choose. She was the general contractor hiring and scheduling all the sub-contractors, scheduling appointments with suppliers (appliances, lighting fixtures, carpet, tile, granite, paint).
