We chose LDK Homes after seeing the quality of their homes and the uniqueness of their design in a model home. These were important factors for us in building our first home and we were not disappointed. We were able to design every feature of our home and have found every aspect to be exceptional in quality. The process was so much fun and we would build with LDK Homes again.
DeAnne helped us create our dream home this year, guiding us in all design aspects; room flow, finishes, lighting, appliances, ect. We had very high expectations for LDK and DeAnne is an amazing representation of their experience and professionalism. Not only do we the exact home we dreamt of, we had fun doing it!
DeAnne was a class act in all aspects of designing our home. She was an enormous help from the first meeting to the last detail. She took our ideas and blended them with her experience to find a win in every area. This was our "Dream Home" and the final result exceeded our expectations in every way, in every area! And that says a lot...we had extremely high expectations and we expect nothing but the best from all involved...which is what we got!
DeAnne is a very skilled designer with vision and the ability to learn and understand her clients. Throughout the design process, DeAnne took the time to learn what we liked what we were looking for and was instrumental in pulling the details together. We had an excellent experience with LDK Homes. We couldn't be happier with our new home and the quality of construction that LDK provided.
We built our house with LDK last year and Scott and Deanne were at an extremely busy point during our building process. However, they still managed to help us with questions, concerns, decorating, etc. whenever we contacted them and had great ideas for us. We have recommended LDK to others!
As a subcontractor for Deanne and LDK homes, I can say that she an exceedingly talented designer and also a true client advocate. Deanne listens to her clients and also listens to the individual trade experts to make sure that everything in each home is just the way it should be. I would highly recommend Deanne and the LDK team.
We had a wonderful experience working with DeAnne. She helped make many hard decisions and helped us stay within our budget. She came to every vendor appointment with us and when asked, gave her opinion on which item to choose based on her many years of experience. This made the selection process progress so much smoother.
