My husband and I recently builit a lake home iwth LDK. Deanne was outstanding to work with. She listened to my vision for the home AND looked at the many Houzz pictures I shared with her. While she incorporated those, she also brought some unique ideas and touches to the design that I would not have thought of on my own. Lastly, she helped always kept budget in mind and helped me find the most cost effective way of achieving the look I wanted.

My wife and I contracted with LDK to build our new home in 2009. This was our first experience with building our own home. LDK made it really easy! They guided us through each step of the process. Everything was well-organized and on schedule, the house was constructed according to the plan, and the interior finishes were excellent! We can strongly recommend LDK if you are looking for a contractor to build YOUR new home!

My wife and I are very happy with our LDK home. It is a very well constructed home. They listened well to what we wanted. I also feel the value for the price paid is very good, above other builders we looked at. DeAnne (their interior designer) is also great with helping us with our selections.

LDK made home-building an exciting, enjoyable, and very smooth process. From the very start, LDK made us feel like we were their only customers. LDK built our house in Spring Meadows development in Plymouth. The staff members are really easy and fun to work with. They make the difficult process easy. Very happy with our house. i have recommend them to all our friends.

LDK Custom Homes built our home and provided excellent service from the intake process, design stage, build phase and overall project management of the entire process. The timing of our project was outstanding completing start to finish in under 5 months. Now that we're in our new house the follow up has continued with prompt response and attention to our needs. I would definitely recommend LDK for your custom home design and build needs.

LDK built our home and we are very happy with the final product. All LDK homes stand out. They use beautiful and quality materials that create a timeless look. The LDK team has been responsive, very flexible, and great to work with. The only limit that you will face is the one you set yourself (i.e., how much you are willing to spend).
