We did not have a good experience with LDK in building a custom home. The architect was awful, and we have always hated the way the front of our house looked, so now we are hiring another architect to redo it. We asked for a few small changes. And they were unwilling. The owner, Larry, was snarly.

We had a great experience with LDK! They listened to our wants/needs during the planning process, and were able to create the perfect house for our blended family. DeAnne was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She always had great ideas, and, even more importantly, didn't hesitate to tell me I had bad ideas. We purchased a newly built home from LDK. We got an amazing home with a beautiful design and a layout that works perfectly for our lifestyle. I appreciated being able to depend on their experience and expertise and not having to worry if I was making the wrong decisions. They know what they are doing and it shows.

LDK built us a custom home. They were patient as we went through what were I think a hundred changes to get the plans just right, including redoing a chunk of each floor. Deann did a marathon week of picking everything with me (I was 38 weeks pregnant) and made it not too overwhelming both when I knew just what I wanted and when I had only a vague idea. As we started the build process, we had a list of ‘must haves’. LDK took our list and helped us design our perfect home. From the beginning of the project, Deanne was with us every step of the way. She immediately got to know us and the style (modern) we were looking for. Built a quality home for a great price. Quick process 120 days. A few errors like you would have with any builder due to lack of communication but for the most part they took care of the mistakes they made. Would build with them again. Have had several friends/acquaintances build with LDK and they have all been pleased with their finished product.

Deanne was a pleasure to work with during our home building process. She has a great eye and helped us pick out beautiful finishes for our home, while staying close to our budget.

LDK Homes built my beautiful new home for me. The entire staff was very easy to work with. I told them what i wanted and they created it for me. Everything was done on on schedule. This is the second home they have built for me. I would highly recommend them.
