This business has closed. There's a "MEDICAL SPA IS NOW CLOSED" sign taped to the door, and the business hours, services offered, etc. that had been painted on the front windows have been scraped off.
This place was WONDERFUL when Kay was still there. Now, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I had an appointment booked for Botox yesterday, and showed up expecting to receive that. Walked in, was already put off by the fact that there was no longer anyone at the front desk, just a sign that said something like "Please Check in at Window." To Leslie M. and everyone that is singing Kayes' high praises are about to get a rude awakening. She is under investigation for buying illegal products i.e. botox, filler (juviderm, restylin etc) and putting it into her customers faces. So while you may not be the current persons biggest fan..she hasn't lost her license, she is above board morally and ethically and she isn't claiming to be a christian while she is charging you top dollar and putting who knows what into your face.
