I recently started going to LC Smiles to see Dr. Bartschi. I was very impressed with all of the staff. They are very friendly and make you feel at ease. When I broke a tooth last spring my current dentist said they couldn't get me in for two weeks. It was my birthday and I was supposed to go out to dinner that night. I called Dr. Bartschi's office (I'd never seen them before) and they immediately got me in, fixed my tooth and I was on my way. Their professionalism and can-do attitude is very impressive. They are the best!
I recently switched to Dr. Travis Bartschi's office. I had heard such great reviews of his office and I have not been disappointed. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants are always happy and friendly and extremely positive and patient. I have had a great experience each time I've been in. I would highly recommend Dr. Bartschi's office!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Bartschi's office for a few years now. I'm a terrible dental patient and I have received nothing but the best (painless) care for all types of procedures. The dental assistants are all top notch and the office is so friendly!
Always greeted with a smile and friendly front desk personnel. I haven't had any long waits in the waiting room, which is great with a busy schedule. Hygienist was friendly and had a great personality. The dentist that saw me that say was also very friendly. I would recommend this office to anyone. They are very professional, friendly and gentle.
Shout out to Dr. Bartchi and his staff! I had to get a lot of dental work done and they have all been great!! They are very caring and super sweet! I have always hated the dentist until now they have made my experience great. I would recommend them to anyone!!
Every appointment, I'm asked if I'm comfortable or okay several times. I even hear the Dr. asking the patient in the next room the same. They're priority is their patient. What a great model of customer service.
Very happy, will recommend. I’m new to the area, so I was establishing new care. It had been 2 years since my last dental visit. I scheduled an appointment & put my name on a cancellation list, the next day I was called w/a last minute opening & got in the same day. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I was provided information on possible future needs. The hygienist explained each step, was very detailed & thorough cleaning.
