I have been going to Dr, Bartschi's office for the past two years. The staff are wonderful, the new building is very nice and they make the "dental experience" very comfortable. The new chairs have heat and massage. Very nice!
As always, had a great experience at LC Smiles. All the staff are very courteous. Great new office. Plenty of parking and nice big waiting area.
The staff at LC Smiles still continues to amaze me with their excellent customer service and patient care. Lacey was great and made my regular dental cleaning pleasant and comfortable. Lacey has a 5-star rating in my opinion.
Dr. Bartschi and all his staff put customer service first. They make you feel welcome and at ease and treat you like family. I have been a customer for nearly 20 years and I can confidently recommend them. Any company with customers could learn from this team.
I had my first appointment at LC Smiles. I must say the experience was amazing. Amanda, the dental hygienist, did a phenomenal job. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The entire staff at LC Smiles was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend LC Smiles to anyone looking for a dentist.
