Hired LB for a bathroom flooring issue. Leo's team did an excellent job replacing the shower liner and fixing new tiles. Appreciate his team's work approach and his responsiveness. Would definitely recommend and consider for future projects.
Wish I could review the product rather than the service, but we didn't make it that far. I had an appointment scheduled at 11am, but at 11:20, nobody called or texted or showed up, so I gave the guy I spoke to a call to ask if he remembered that we had an appointment. I was told that he was 50 minutes away and when I said that wasn't going to work, all I got was "It's not my fault. There's traffic." Lateness isn't a big deal. How you handle it is and that kind of attitude is a deal breaker.
Tiled wainscoting on small half bath and installed toilet and vanity. Silvio and Rodrigo did a fantastic job and I'm so happy with the makeover. They were able to get to the job quickly, were on time, and cleaned up after. The price was reasonable and I will be checking with them for our next project on the master bath.
Great experience! Leonardo and his team were very professional, experienced and easy to work with. The process from start to finish was smooth and they also did a great job of clean up too. We love the end result of our new shower. Would highly recommend.
