I didn’t know anything about LB other than they were pre-qualified by Floor & Decor. I’m quite handy with many years experience in home renovations, but my pace is slowing. I negotiated diligently and we wrote a very specific scope of work with sub-quotes by task that allowed me to compare prices. LB was very competitive- across the board.
