About this business

Where did the Lazy Dog Café name come from? One snowy afternoon, walking back into the lodge after a long morning on the slopes, Chris noticed a dog lying by the toasty fireplace. Commenting to his buddies on how much he loved his time hanging out there, he told them he wished everyone could enjoy life as much as that “lazy dog’ by the fire.

I have been here twice...yes the menu has changed. Some of the food items were very interesting but just ended up getting pizza and beer and butter cake. The pizza was okay it was the 4 cheese pizza nothing spectacular about it but just okay. The dessert was good though...you can't really go wrong with it. Just a heads up to any men out there do not wear any type of flannel shirt which seems to be the uniform shirt....my boyfriend wore his and our first bartender was wearing a flannel shirt and then my boyfriend realized eve... read more

Everytime I go to the Lazy Dog the experience is great. In fact it gets better. The food is absolutely fantastic Fish and Chips, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs. And their homemade chips will leave you speachless with joy. Love the place.

It's a truly wonderful place to visit after coming from pre-film or general releases or future screenings. The food's selectively delicious, especially the chicken teriyaki & corn chowder in a typically wild country-style architecture.

Bad service from the start. Insulted me after taking my order.. she looks at the pad she was writing on and said you know thats going to be extra. Then they brought me the worst looking salad with out the dressing that I asked for. So I just left and the manager was no help at all. She did not even ask what was wrong. I eat here all the time. Oh well. Will not be back no time soon.
