Horrible customer service and customer experience. Completely worthless to make a reservation as it isn’t honored. Hostesses and managers miscommunicate about customer reservations and seating. Seating parties that clearly arrived well after us. After waiting an hour beyond our reservation and a manager telling us it would be even longer because of staff miscommunication about our reservation, we left. We will take our money elsewhere.
