I'm so glad we chose this company to do the extensive plumbing work we needed done at our new clinic Natural Medicine and Detox. It was not an easy job as everything needed to be done (1940's building) and they did a fantastic job! When we had the city come inspect everything, Lawson Family Plumbing was here to answer question and everything went well because their guys know what they are doing. I had my first service call from Lawson Family Plumbing today. Kenneth, the technician, provided quality, courteous and professional service. I contacted Lawson since they were a fellow member of the Mesa Chamber of Commerce and I am so happy that I did!
We had a plumbing emergency on a weekend. We called first thing in the morning and Lawson Family Plumbing had someone at our house within a few hours. The plumber came in, assessed the situation, quoted a very reasonable price, completed the work, and charged us exactly what was quoted. And we had running water quickly again. Thank you for being a friendly and honest business!
He is a person of integrity. You have to pay enough to get quality employees and quality parts. I have hired various plumbers over the years and have learned that the biggest mistake is usually selecting the lowest price. That doesn’t mean paying the highest price is the right answer either. I look for the best value which means a fair price for quality work and Lawson is the choice for me. Get it done right the first time.
