We woke up this morning to our master bathroom, bedroom and hallway flooded from a toilet that refused to stop running. Lawson Family Plumbing was here by 3 pm the same day to fix our problem. Tanner got us prices right away and went over all options for us. He gave his honest opinions about what he thought we should do and started to try to fix our problem with the cheapest solutions first! I had to replace my main bathroom bathtub faucet. I called them on Tuesday to setup an appointment. I told the lady that answered that I wasn’t in a rush and she told me that she could have someone out here in Maricopa on Thursday morning between 8-11. She was very polite and helpful. Thursday morning Shawn called to inform me he was on his way. Shawn was very knowledgeable, respectful and patient with me. He explained what he had to do to in layman’s terms. I seriously can't say enough how wonderful this company is! I have called them for 2 separate issues and they responded quickly and with a friendly and caring attitude. No one ever wants to have plumbing issues, but this company makes it easier to deal with. They will always be my go-to plumber!
