I delivered my daughter at Greenwich last year & underwent surgery just yesterday here as well because it's where my WestMed doctors are affiliated. I absolutely love this hospital. From the moment you step into the doors, it is a very welcoming environment. The nurses, the doctors, the staff at admitting desk are all so helpful & kind. Went in not being able to swallow liquids and severely dehydrated. Told to drink water and find a specialist to see within two days. Not possible on a weekend. Only saw my nurse once for not even 2 minutes and the doctor for maybe that long too. Worst experience ever.

Go to YALE in New Haven, CT - L and M absolutely understaffed. Not the staffs fault. Some wonderful staff and some staff that need extensive customer service training. Because that is what you are to many - a customer. The guys at the top want your money and nothing else. After just spending the night at Yale - L and M has substandard care. Go to Yale. Thank you to all the wonderful people that tried. It is not their fault.
