I'm disgusted .was registered and informed by that I was going to have surgery at 900am . To check in at 800am Fasted all night only to arrive at same day surgery to be told my Surgery is at three! So they booked this black chick last . For we know same day surgery is from 8 to 4. Talk about the absence of Disparity please!

Horrible service in New London. Worst place to go if you are ended up in ER. Was not happy with the treatment or care that I received there. They never asked if I needed an interpreter or accommodation that I needed.
