Worst place to take a loved one. My mother has been in the westerly L & M for almost a week and we have yet to hear the results of ANY tests they have done! Hell, we aren't even sure what is going on with her! Asked to have a meeting with the Dr. on a couple of occasions and was told he'd be in......... never showed up! If something happens to my mother, you can bet your ass there WILL be a law suit!!!!!!!!!

I can't thank the professional and kind staff at E&R enough for the reception I got in the middle of the night recently when I was seriously worried I had a cardiac attack. Luckily it wasn't, and after a battery of tests I was released with good and helpful advice which I will follow up on with my regular GP. When you are visiting an area far away from home as I was, falling acutely ill is always very scary. You guys were tops!
