We have used Lawrence Jewelers many times and have been pleasantly surprised at the unsurpassed level of customer service. In an age where customers are often treated like an inconvenience, this business excells with service from trained, quality, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Recently we needed assistance with appraisal and possible sale of some estate pieces and we were treated like family! There is no other store in our area where I will do business after using Lawrence Jeweler services!

I love Lawrence. They make you feel special as soon as you walk in the door. You form relationships with the jewelers! They aren’t just another chain. You can tell the difference right away that they care about what you want and you as an individual!!! Every experience I’ve had here, i leave with a smile on my face. I especially love Marissa! Lawrence Jewelers is top notch! Abby did a fantastic job with the resizing of my ring and my husband's wedding rings. They took great care, the fit is perfect and one would never know these rings used to be much smaller. I will recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!
