Extraordinary customer service.! Abby worked with my husband to find a replacement for a very unique lost ring we had purchased ten years ago. Miraculously, after an extensive search she located an exact replacement. Their professional relationship with the designer of the ring proved to be key in locating literally the last ring of it's kind in the country.
