Very helpful. A good privately owned company with great customer service. I need my watch band fixed and was told by another jewelry store it couldn’t be fixed. They did suggest Lawrence jewelers. They fixed in 10 minutes. I left it there for cleaning. Very talented watch maker there. I’m very pleased with everybody I talked to there. Even the owner come up and introduced himself to me. Although I don’t buy a lot of jewelry anymore I will be going there exclusively when I do
