No one introduced themselves to us then we asked if the date and time could be adjusted on my husbands watch we were asked to return 30 mins later and when we returned we were informed that they would need 24 hours to make adjustments on his watch...we were not informed of this or the $15.00 charge when we dropped it off. We most recently bought a beautiful necklace for my mom's 60th birthday. She LOVED it! Everyone is always so helpful. I have had custom pieces made as well. Absolutely love Lawrence Jewelers and highly recommend them! I wont go anywhere else.
