I have been using LawnAmerica for a little over a year now. I didn't sign a subscription; they just call and tell me when a treatment is due and ask if I want it. Loved their service. However, I'm very sorry to say that I called and canceled today. The sole reason is that they have merged with TruGreen. I used TruGreen years ago and it was such a terrible experience (entire yard was dead and nothing would grow) I canceled when my contract ran out and swore I'd never use them again. I just completed my 2nd year with Lawn America and my lawn is looking great! Would totally recommend.
I have been a customer of Lawn America since they started. During that time, I have been extremely happy with their service. I’m concerned I may not get the same service with Tru Green. I’ll wait and see.
Gotten less customer satisfaction and when asked about weeds in bush area they wanted more money.
