Lawn Pride Inc - Very poor communicatios and billing I cannot recommend Lawn Pride. They have miscommunicated on billing so many times its baffling how they can stay in business. They have a very poor billing system, poor internal communications, and are blaming their problems on me. I recommend staying away from this company...use anyone else but them to save yourself communications nightmares.
Bait and Retract As you will see from other reviews, Lawn Pride is notorious for their customer service, and over promising and under delivering. Lawn Pride baited us with an offer of a free month when we expressed disdain for their service. Once we took the offer, they retracted it, quickly went to our house and laid down another treatment and then sent us a bill and didn't recollect anything about our conversation. My bad... Bill first ask questions later I had asked for them to call before application, guess what..they jumped out and did lawn, their applicator bragging to my wife how many lawns he had done before 10 am. Told them I wouldn't pay, but then they started writing more and more mean collection letters. Sent them their payment hoping never to deal with them again.

Good Service am a customer of Lawn Pride, and have been for several years.
