Lawn Pride I just prepaid for another year of service with Lawn Pride and got my 7% discount. Looking forward to another year of great service! They do a great job of keeping the weeds under control!
Stay Away! My wife and I signed up with Lawn Pride this year and have subsequently cancelled. While all that we signed up for was regular treatments, they came out and did a grub treatment that we didn't order and charged double what we had paid previously with other providers. When we called to dispute this, they insisted that we ordered it and stated they had a taped conversation to prove it. Lawn Pride Inc - Very poor communicatios and billing I cannot recommend Lawn Pride. They have miscommunicated on billing so many times its baffling how they can stay in business. They have a very poor billing system, poor internal communications, and are blaming their problems on me. I recommend staying away from this company...use anyone else but them to save yourself communications nightmares.
Bait and Retract As you will see from other reviews, Lawn Pride is notorious for their customer service, and over promising and under delivering. Lawn Pride baited us with an offer of a free month when we expressed disdain for their service. Once we took the offer, they retracted it, quickly went to our house and laid down another treatment and then sent us a bill and didn't recollect anything about our conversation. My bad... My lawn We are starting our 2nd season with Lawn Pride and the lawn is nthicker than ever and weed free. I wish we would have done business with them years ago.
New house neglected yard! Lawn Pride to the rescue! I bought my house last summer and the yard was terrible. It was more weeds than grass. Lawn Pride came in and and started a program to treat it. It already looks 100% better. Can't wait to see it this year.

Good Service am a customer of Lawn Pride, and have been for several years. When logging on to write a review for the recent work that Lawn Pride had performed on our acre and half property, I was shocked to see the recent review by Jeff. I have had nothing but great service from Lawn Pride. They have always been customer service oriented with us and have always been helpful in managing the needs of our large yard. Check your statements if you do direct payment! I will never use or recommend Lawn Pride again. I just noticed on my bank statement I was billed for an application last week (in February). When I called the office, it was suggested that both the yard marker and my bill had blown away, despite this never happening in the past. I asked for the time of the application, and it allegedly occurred while I had house guests and the dog was in the back yard.
