Awesome!!! Yard was horrible looking when we bought the house. Thanks to lawn pride it is the best yard in the neighborhood with just 2 applications and a fungicide. The applicator even explained how to water properly. They are very friendly and customer focused! The bad reviews are from people who have no idea how to take care of their lawn and stupidity cannot be fixed with lawn applications!
Stay Away! My wife and I signed up with Lawn Pride this year and have subsequently cancelled. While all that we signed up for was regular treatments, they came out and did a grub treatment that we didn't order and charged double what we had paid previously with other providers. When we called to dispute this, they insisted that we ordered it and stated they had a taped conversation to prove it. My lawn We are starting our 2nd season with Lawn Pride and the lawn is nthicker than ever and weed free. I wish we would have done business with them years ago.
New house neglected yard! Lawn Pride to the rescue! I bought my house last summer and the yard was terrible. It was more weeds than grass. Lawn Pride came in and and started a program to treat it. It already looks 100% better. Can't wait to see it this year.
Lawn Pride Inc I had contracted with Lawn Pride and after seeing what they did I cancelled my service. They left my yard with stripes in it. The fertilizer was put down and the fact that they tried to use as little as possible left my yard with stripes in it. I will never touch their service again. I went with Parks Outdoor Maintenance and have been completely satisfied ever since.
Check your statements if you do direct payment! I will never use or recommend Lawn Pride again. I just noticed on my bank statement I was billed for an application last week (in February). When I called the office, it was suggested that both the yard marker and my bill had blown away, despite this never happening in the past. I asked for the time of the application, and it allegedly occurred while I had house guests and the dog was in the back yard. Lawn Pride computer problems??? I contracted with Lawn Pride as I was very impressed with my neighbors lawn. My first bill came in the mail and it was $25 more than I was quoted. I was told by two employees that bit was a computer problem. In fairness, they offered to fix that bill to the quoted price.I decided I do not need the drama of an unknown bill every time I get service. I cancelled this service and when I did an employee named John,was very rude.
Top Notch I purchased a new home last year but the yard was in horrible shape. I contacted Lawn Pride to put in all new landscaping and also repair the grass as it was in bad shape as well. When they were finished, my yard looked like something out of a magazine and as an added bonus the people were very knowledgeable and courteous from the lawn tech's all the way to the office. Lawn Pride is top notch!!!!!!
