I could not have been more satisfied with David’s representation of my son on an MIP charge. He was able to get the charge dismissed in spite of a judge that was reluctant to accept the probation class that my son had taken. The judge's approach proves that you need an attorney with experience and knowledge and David was able to achieve a successful outcome. He is responsive, respectful and professional and he can deliver results. Very grateful he helped us like he did!!
David is wonderful at executing a plan to help solve the issues that surround your case. He has a good relationship with people who work in the judicial system that listen and respect him.
David Chesley truly made my legal situation as stress free as was possible. I truly appreciated the fact that I could email him any time with any questions/concerns and I always got back a response. The process through the court system took quite a while, however, Mr. Chesley took the time to follow up personally at the court house to find out what was keeping the filings from being complete and to keep me updated on the situation.
