I contacted David one week before my first court date and within days I knew I had made the right decision. He is experienced, knowledgeable and very honest. By the time court day came the case resolved in a way we both did not expect due to David’s tactfullness. Hopefully I won't need his services again but for anyone who is looking for a great criminal defense lawyer, David is the way to go!

David is excellent when it comes to communicating with his clients. The process took a some time, but we got the charges dismissed, got the best judge lined up, handled the news media, and best of all, removed all of the arrest reports from offline. I would recommend David for any type of case.
David Chesley has done an exceptional job defending my daughter who got involved with a minor offense that turned into a two-year ordeal. I thought it was above and beyond his duty to keep me informed of what was happening with my daughter's case on an ongoing basis. He was patient and tenacious with a client who is emotionally challenged and in need of special attention.
