I was hoping I could speak to someone regarding my experience. I had an amazing first fácial, and the 2nd one I came out with my skin really hurting and now I have very visible marks, marks that even could have been avoided , funny part is when I called to make an appointment I had requested the person I had a great experience with, and she picked up the phone and completely ignored this, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
Booked a HydraFacial at Lavish on a friend's recommendation and it did not disappoint. Silvia was fantastic. Friendly, professional, and clearly knows her stuff. She walked me through each step and made the whole thing feel relaxing instead of clinical. My skin looked brighter and felt smoother by the time I left. Front desk was welcoming too and the space is spotless. Already planning my next visit.
Not typically an aesthetic treatment guy, but my brother talked me into trying a HydraFacial at Lavish and I'm glad he did. Walked in not really knowing what to expect and walked out genuinely impressed — skin felt cleaner and looked noticeably better right away. Silvia did the facial and she was great: super professional, knew exactly what she was doing, and easy to talk to the whole way through. The whole place is clean and well run. Definitely coming back.

I received a promotional HydraFacial in a Swim Week goodie bag and am so glad I gave it a try. I have very sensitive, reactive skin, so I’m always cautious with facials. Silvia was amazing—warm, welcoming, and incredibly gentle throughout the entire treatment. My skin felt refreshed, looked brighter, and had a healthy glow afterward without any irritation. The experience was relaxing, personalized, and exceeded my expectations. What started as a promotion definitely earned a repeat customer. Highly recommend Silvia!
