Beyond USELESS! Get there in the afternoon to sit and wait for 15 mins with 3 other people infront, Then to be told at 17:44 "Im only taking 1 more person in". With my disgust being obvious to the incompetent person their response "I finish at 6pm" and shrugs it off. Pull your head in! We all do overtime whether we like it or not. Yes sometimes we cant because of an emergent resposibility but this one had no care. If we all followed your lazy attitude nothing productive would happend..
collector at Dapto Medical Centre by the name of Joanne is brilliant at collecting bloods and knows her stuff really well. Only downfall with that centre is the waiting time, they need more experienced staff which comes down to the company employing more.
